The firm was founded in 1970 by Thomas F. Londrigan and James R. Potter specializing in corporate and commercial practice and civil litigation. In 1975, the firm expanded with the addition of Craig A. Randle, followed by Alexandra de Saint Phalle in 1977. In 2009, Colleen R. Lawless joined the firm, and Ashton N. Nowlan in 2014. The firm concentrates its practice in primarily two areas: significant personal injury and death claims involving automobile defects and products liability, medical and other professional negligence, and the representation of commercial clients with regard to business structures and the litigation of contracts and other commercial disputes.
