Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott is one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Mississippi. Two of the founding members have been in active practice for more than 50 years. The firm was established in Biloxi in 1971 by Lyle M. Page, Frederick J. Mannino, and Ronald G. Peresich. The firm name changed to its current one in the late 1980s with the addition of Michael B. McDermott, PLLC as a named member.

Many of the firm's attorneys have represented a number of insurance companies, financial institutions, and both large and small companies in a wide variety of litigation. Additionally, the firm has a support staff of 10 working exclusively on real estate and commercial matters, giving it one of the largest Real Estate and Commercial Law Practice sections across South Mississippi. There are seven attorneys who have worked on some manner of real estate purchase, sale, or easements.
